Parking: All campus lots are open to visitors on weekends at no charge. Metered parking is available along Green St. There is also a parking garage across the street from the campus at Garrison Hall, 42 West St. Northampton.

Registration and Welcome: 9:30–10:30am
- Please enjoy some coffee, tea, and pastries outside Earle Recital Hall. (Food and beverages are not permitted inside the hall.)
Session 1: 10:30am–12:00pm

- We will be accepting nominations for Secretary/Treasurer and Student Representative to the AMS Council (both for the two-year term 2025–2027). Nominations will also be accepted online through April 2, and the form will be sent through the chapter mailing list. Please email ams dot newengland at gmail dot com if you would like to receive the nomination form. By May 2, an online ballot will be sent to all members who have paid their chapter dues for the current year.
- Reminder to submit materials to be considered for this year’s Schafer Memorial Award. Graduate students who presented a paper at an AMS-NE chapter meeting in 2024-25 are eligible. For more information please visit our chapter website.
